Artist Statement

I've explored various art forms throughout my life. My earliest memories involve sitting on the floor, using tiny worn-out crayon stumps, crafting ornate bracelets from rubber bands, and crocheting hats and dolls for loved ones. Art has always been the core of my creative expression, bringing me immense joy in representing the things I hold dear.

For me, these artworks serve as love letters to the culture that shaped me, teaching me to embrace my heritage and family—two aspects I struggled with as a child but which have molded me into the artist I am today. My Mexican roots and familial bonds are invaluable, and I seize every chance to incorporate them into my work. I delight in portraying nature with vibrant colors and whimsical figures, reminiscent of the joy I experienced as a child.

My exploration of diverse artistic mediums has deepened my appreciation for 3D artworks, igniting a newfound passion. It provides a fresh avenue for self-expression and sharing my art with others. Regardless of the medium, art possesses a transcendent quality that surpasses language barriers, revealing true beauty and emotion. I aim to create works that bring pleasure and happiness to others, using 3D models to evoke the same childlike joy I experienced growing up. I aspire to craft experiences that move and inspire others to explore their own creativity. Ultimately, if my art resonates with someone and brings them joy, then it holds immeasurable value
